Welcome to Addington High School’s Web Site

Our OFSTED report – which can be found in the General Information section, shows that we are a rapidly improving school with significant strengths. As Head, I really enjoy my job because of the positive response we get from parents, pupils and partners and because of the excellent staff who show such commitment.

I am sure that the web site will give you a lot of detail about the school and a ‘feel’ for us as a very people, team-centred place. We expect to do things successfully, with purpose and with humour. Even a developed 'virtual' environment does not do full justice

to a special place - which is how I think about our school.

Enjoy exploring the web site. For those directly connected with the school, be proud of what you are part of. For those who are new to us – do not hesitate in contacting us to arrange a visit. We enjoy meeting people and showing visitors how we are moving from A Good School to A Great School.
